Prices, Payment, and GST

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST. All payments are processed in Australian dollars. We accept payment by various methods, including debit/credit card (Visa and MasterCard).

AfterPay is currently only available in-store.

Your Order

Once you have placed your order and the payment has been processed, you shall receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee that your product is available. In the unlikely event that your product is not available we shall contact you within 3 business days to offer you either a:

  • E-Store credit

  • Alternative replacement

  • Full refund

If your order has an unacceptably high shipping cost, we shall contact you immediately to discuss further shipping fees or to cancel the order prior to delivery.

Unique Blooms Australia has the right to refuse any order or cancel any order that is placed.

Faults and Warranty Claims 

Unique Blooms Australia takes great care to ensure that all products upon delivery shall be in perfect working order. A member of staff carries out a checklist to ensure their are no faults. This paperwork will be attached to the product and signed and dated and will have a correspondence number in relation to that product. Please confirm this number if product arrives faulty.

If a product arrives faulty, please take photos of the fault, clearly marking the problem. You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your product.

Upon us receiving this information we will work with you to resolve the problem. This may include:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product

  • Offer an e-Voucher or refund

  • Suggest an alternate product

Damaged Goods upon Delivery

Damaged goods via a courier service is a situation we cannot control.


If your product arrives and the packaging is significantly damaged causing possible damage to the product, refuse to accept the product. Take photos immediately showing the damage and contact us immediately. We shall contact our courier partner to discuss this issue.


If a product arrives faulty, please take photos of the fault, clearly marking the problem. You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your product.


Upon us receiving this information we will work with you to resolve the problem. This may include :

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product

  • Offer an e-Voucher or refund

  • Suggest an alternate product

  • Arrange for the product to be returned to us

If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.

Wrong Item Delivered

In vary rare cases, we may accidentally deliver the wrong item to you. If we have sent you the wrong item please contact us within 3 business days to discuss a replacement. We shall work with you to get the correct item to you and arrange for the original product to be returned. The delivery costs will be met by us.

Return Policy

When you shop at Unique Blooms Australia, we aim to please and we hope you are delighted with your purchase every time. Please choose your products carefully as exchanges or refunds are not given unless goods are faulty.

A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information.
